Smile Doctors LLC in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. You’ll provide support to divisions on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience with emphasis in employee relations.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting a multi-state workforce.

Responsibilities

• Advise supervisors and team members on Human Resources policies and procedures.
