Smile Doctors LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team and help develop operating metrics, create KPIs, and provide insights to stakeholders across the organization.

The role emphasizes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses to drive efficiency. Strong Excel and PowerBI skills, GAAP knowledge, and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• Two years of experience in Finance or Accounting required; Three years preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence software (PowerBI or similar tool).
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling.
• Basic understanding of GAAP (particularly as it relates to AR).
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsible for the development, coordination, and analysis of operating metrics and new key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure team efficiency. Provides insights and analysis for internal business stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization

Prerequisites for success:

• Two (2) years of experience in a Finance or Accounting position required; Three (3) years preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
