Job summary

Smile Doctors in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to support multiple divisions in employee relations and compliance. You will advise supervisors on policies, ensure legal compliance, investigate complaints, and partner with leadership to foster a positive culture.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR generalist experience with multi-state responsibilities, with PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience with emphasis in employee relations.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting a multi-state workforce.

Responsibilities

• Advises supervisors and team members on Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Investigates and resolves team member complaints while properly documenting outcomes.
• Partners with leadership team and provides coaching to promote company culture and a positive work environment.
