Job summary

Smile Doctors in Dallas, TX seeks a Territory Sales & Growth Specialist to drive adoption and performance growth across clinics in the assigned territory. The role is primarily field-based, requiring travel to clinics to build relationships, deliver training, and drive results.

You will lead training for new activations, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with doctors and clinic leadership to sustain growth and patient education efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year of product or sales training experience required.
• Three years of field sales, account management or related experience required; healthcare/orthodontic industry preferred.
• Experience with territory management and consultative sales strategies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage plans for Smile Express adoption and performance growth.
• Lead Smile Express training for new clinic activations and ongoing development.
• Establish trust with doctors and clinic leadership, providing guidance and growth.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges and report to leadership.

Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Territory Sales & Growth Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. The Territory Growth Specialist is responsible for driving awareness, belief, adoption, and results for Smile Express® across clinics in an assigned territory. This position is primarily field based, requiring travel to clinics to build and manage relationships, deliver training, and drive performance.

How you’ll make us better:

• Develop, implement, and manage plans for Smile Express® adoption and performance growth
• Lead Smile Express® training for new clinic activations, ongoing development, and advanced skill building workshops; providing regular hands-on coaching and follow-up
• Establish trust and credibility with doctors, clinic leadership and teams, and providing them with guidance, momentum, and growth
• Analyze Smile Express® performance metrics to identify success, opportunities, and challenges, updating operations, clinic, and marketing leadership regularly
• Document all visits to clinics, trainings, and performance metrics
• Attend community events and support clinic and marketing teams with patient education for Smile Express®

Your special skills:

• Ability to assess training needs, measure outcomes, and leverage performance metrics to improve results
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with doctors, clinic teams, and leadership
• Ability to frequently travel locally and overnight

Prerequisites for success:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• One (1) year of product or sales training experience required
• Three (3) years of experience in field sales, account management, or a related position required; experience in pharmaceutical sales or the healthcare, dental, or orthodontic industry preferred
• Advanced knowledge of territory management, consultative sales, and relationship management strategies
• Intermediate knowledge of learning principles and training delivery
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong KPI tracking and reporting skills
