Job summary

Smile Doctors LLC is seeking a Patient Service Agent to join our growing team in the United States. You will gather patient information, respond to inquiries with courtesy and accuracy, and resolve issues on the first call to help enhance the patient experience.

You will also coordinate appointments, process payments, and juggle multiple software applications while communicating clearly with patients and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Call Center experience a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of using computer systems and digital applications.
• Dental field experience a plus, but not required.

Prerequisites for success:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Dental field experience a plus, but not required
• Call Center experience a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of using computer systems, which may include software programs, entering data or processing information
• Knowledge of digital applications including web, email, chat, text, etc.
