Clarity Partners is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Chicago, IL. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Clarity Partners’ HR practices and processes, including onboarding, compliance, benefits, total rewards, talent management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a team builder, team player, and leader who operates with a thoughtful strategic perspective while managing day-to-day tactical HR functions. This role requires a hybrid reporting structure.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency of the entire Human Resources function.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand the firm’s goals and strategy related to human resources.
- Develop and implement streamlined HR strategies, processes, and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy to enhance organizational performance.
- Identify areas for improvement within the organization, make recommendations, and execute changes.
- Manage a cost-efficient benefits program to attract, retain, and reward top talent.
- Administer and develop compensation and benefits programs to achieve market competitiveness and internal equity while recognizing top performers.
- Oversee office management and supervise the Front Desk Specialist to ensure efficient daily operations and a professional environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; review and modify policies accordingly.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of high-quality talent.
- Serve as a coach and confidante to leaders and a strong employee advocate.
- Manage grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Mentor and develop direct and indirect reports.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuous education and networking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including management; experience in IT consulting or professional services is a plus.

- PHR/SPHR certification is desirable.

Clarity offers a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000, depending on skills and experience. Compensation is subject to change.
