The Westin at Frenchman’s Reef in Saint Thomas is hiring a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to support a world-class guest experience. You will act as a liaison for housekeeping, guests and other departments, handling reservations, check-outs and room requests with precision.

Strong English communication, organized scheduling and budgeting abilities are essential. This role offers a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment inside a premier Caribbean resort.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Minimum 6 months previous housekeeping experience required.
• Experienced in scheduling and budgeting department according to occupancy.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for housekeeping staff, guests and other departments by phone or radio.
• Enter and retrieve information on reservations, check-outs, room rushes, and inquiries.
• Provide administrative support, coordinate schedules and communicate with team members.
