We’re looking for top-notch HR Managers to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. Some distribution centers are standalone facilities, while others are on-site with customers. In this HR Manager role, you will:

  1. Partner proactively to identify and resolve issues.

  4. Monitor employee engagement levels to ensure a high standard of employee satisfaction.
  5. Provide coaching to employees at all levels in a collaborative and impactful manner.
  6. Manage the HR implications of organizational change initiatives aligned with business goals.
  7. Ensure your voice is heard in management discussions.
