Qualifications

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with full cycle payroll for 120 employees is required.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate leadership.
