Job summary

Legacy Lifecare, based in Peabody, MA, is hiring a full-time HR Liaison to serve as a primary contact for employees and managers. This 30-hour-per-week role runs 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM and is paid $20.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will maintain accurate employee records, assist with HRIS updates and reporting, and partner with managers and the HR team to address concerns and ensure timely follow-up. The position supports a positive employee experience in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field; healthcare or senior living environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment documentation, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably ADP, with a willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
