Zusammenfassung

Legacy Lifecare is seeking an HR Liaison to serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on HR questions and policies. You will maintain records, assist with HRIS updates, and support reporting while partnering with the HR team to address employee concerns in a compassionate healthcare environment.

This full-time, 30-hour-per-week role focuses on professional communication, confidentiality, and efficient handling of HR tasks. Experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field; healthcare/senior living preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment documentation, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably ADP, with a willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions, processes, and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates, personnel documentation, and reporting.
• Partner with managers and the HR team to address employee concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure timely follow-up on HR matters.
• Assist with HR projects, and other day-to-day activities that support a positive employee experience.
