Job summary

Legacy Lifecare in Boston, MA, is seeking an HR Liaison to serve as a primary contact for employees and managers on HR questions, processes, and policies. This full-time role offers 30 hours weekly, with daytime hours from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

You will maintain employee records, assist with HRIS updates, support reporting, and partner with the HR team to address concerns and ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field; healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment documentation, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably ADP, with a willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
