Director of Client Services at Precision Recruiting Solutions Group
Location: On-site / Pittsburgh, PA (Paid Parking)
This is a role requiring both strategic and tactical leadership, with hands-on responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR & Business Alignment
- Advise management on business strategy, organization design, and workforce planning.
- Translate business strategies into HR initiatives, policies, and programs.
- Contribute to business strategies, policies, budgets, and monitor performance.
- Lead change management efforts aligning culture with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Develop and implement recruitment, retention, and onboarding strategies.
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, and new hire orientations.
- Oversee succession planning, talent development, and training within budget.
- Employee Relations & Communication
- Coach managers and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
- Ensure open communication and address HR-related concerns.
- Conduct exit interviews and support engagement activities and company events.
- Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop and maintain policies, including the employee handbook.
- Ensure HR practices comply with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and other regulations.
- Monitor HR processes to minimize legal risks and recommend updates.
- Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management
- Administer performance reviews, salary evaluations, and compensation programs.
- Conduct benchmarking to recommend competitive salary and benefit changes.
- Manage benefit programs and facilitate employee leaves (FMLA, disability, etc.).
- HR Operations & Systems
- Implement and manage HR systems, job descriptions, evaluations, and records.
- Maintain HR guidelines and exercise sound judgment in HR practices.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR preferred.
- 5+ years HR management experience with strong legal knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/payroll system experience required.
- Skilled in employee relations, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
