Position

Director of Client Services at Precision Recruiting Solutions Group

Location: On-site / Pittsburgh, PA (Paid Parking)

This is a role requiring both strategic and tactical leadership, with hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR & Business Alignment
  2. Advise management on business strategy, organization design, and workforce planning.
  3. Translate business strategies into HR initiatives, policies, and programs.
  4. Contribute to business strategies, policies, budgets, and monitor performance.
  5. Lead change management efforts aligning culture with business objectives.
  1. Talent Acquisition & Development
  2. Develop and implement recruitment, retention, and onboarding strategies.
  3. Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, and new hire orientations.
  4. Oversee succession planning, talent development, and training within budget.
  1. Employee Relations & Communication
  2. Coach managers and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
  3. Ensure open communication and address HR-related concerns.
  4. Conduct exit interviews and support engagement activities and company events.
  1. Policy Development & Compliance
  2. Develop and maintain policies, including the employee handbook.
  3. Ensure HR practices comply with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and other regulations.
  4. Monitor HR processes to minimize legal risks and recommend updates.
  1. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management
  2. Administer performance reviews, salary evaluations, and compensation programs.
  3. Conduct benchmarking to recommend competitive salary and benefit changes.
  4. Manage benefit programs and facilitate employee leaves (FMLA, disability, etc.).
  1. HR Operations & Systems
  2. Implement and manage HR systems, job descriptions, evaluations, and records.
  3. Maintain HR guidelines and exercise sound judgment in HR practices.
  4. Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR preferred.
  • 5+ years HR management experience with strong legal knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/payroll system experience required.
  • Skilled in employee relations, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
