The Human Resources Lead position is a full-time, fully remote role. The primary responsibility is to deliver quality third-party HR support to our clients as consultants and in an administrative capacity, utilizing HR knowledge and best practices. This role also involves training and mentoring a team of Human Resource professionals at OPSPro. The position is considered a subject matter expert across various industries, company sizes, and software tools.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert consultant across various industries, company sizes, and software tools.
- Deliver quality third-party HR support to clients in an administrative capacity, using HR knowledge and best practices.
- Train and mentor team members of Human Resource professionals.
- Lead and support clients with HR programs, policies, and initiatives such as benefits, software implementation, total compensation, employee relations, federal and state compliance, performance management, and training.
- Create deliverables and guidance tailored to client needs while maintaining a resource library for OPSPro's service efficiency.
- Develop strong client relationships through credibility, respect, and responsiveness.
- Manage projects, deadlines, and client expectations while collaborating with department colleagues and OPSPro staff.
- Apply knowledge of HR federal government contracting requirements and relevant regulations.
- Create, maintain, and make accessible client SOPs and platforms for cross-functional support at OPSPro.
- Demonstrate consistent customer service and empathetic consulting.
- Maintain billable hour KPIs after the 90-day training period following tenure as a lead.
- Assist the internal OPSPro HR team with policy creation and special projects.

This role does not have supervisory functions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification.
- AA/AS or BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience up to HRBP level across various disciplines, industries, and company sizes.
- Experience working with multiple external clients.
- Experience with iSolved or similar HR software for recruiting, onboarding, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA).
- Department of Defense experience and familiarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, LMS implementation, maintenance, and report generation.
