What You’ll do
The Human Resources Lead supports HR functions at the location, ensuring a positive work environment, legal compliance, and effective management of staffing, record keeping, benefits, and training.
- Promote positive associate relations through effective communication and support.
- Shape the perception of our company and values through professional, empathetic communication.
- Review applications and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Participate in community events to enhance hiring efforts.
- Maintain accurate associate records in the HR system.
- Assist with benefits administration, training, and performance management.
- Serve as a point of contact for associates, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
- Partner with the Store Support Center HR and Store Manager on policies and initiatives.
- Maintain communication about programs, benefits, safety, and other updates.
- Oversee safety programs, including incident files and safety audits.
- Uphold confidentiality and a high standard of ethics.
- Communicate professionally with partners and use office equipment as needed.
- May require evening and weekend work.
- Oversee cash reporting, supplies, and space standards.
- Participate in cross-training and provide support to others.

Essential Qualities for Success
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
