Job summary

GWC Capital in Utah is offering a part-time paid Human Resources Internship – Talent Acquisition (Paid) at our Spanish Fork office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will gain hands-on experience across recruiting, HR technology, data, and learning & development.

This internship includes 18+ hours per week on-site, opportunities to work with iCIMS, build dashboards, track new hire milestones, and support onboarding and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Curious, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with technology, data, and learning new systems.
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers by managing iCIMS, polishing postings, and coordinating interviews.
• Build recruiting dashboards and derive insights from hiring metrics.
• Track 30/60/90/180-day milestones for new hires and share findings with leaders.
• Assist with learning platform content and edit micro-learning videos.
• Contribute to onboarding, I-9s, career fairs, HR systems, and special projects as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Power the hiring process: Help manage iCIMS, polish job postings, and support hiring managers.

• Help new hires thrive: Track 30/60/90/180-day new hire milestones and share insights with leaders.

• Make learning more engaging: Support our Tyfoom learning platform and edit micro-learning videos.

• Pitch in across HR: Get involved in onboarding, I-9s, career fairs, HR systems, and special projects as needed.
