Fenner Precision Polymershas an exciting internship opportunity in theHuman Resources Team at Fenner Momentum Center Lititz, PA. You will be responsible for assisting with HR Operations and Systems. The position reports to the Sr. HRIS Analyst.
What you will do:
As part of the Human Resources Team, you will:
- Support a strategic project focused on evaluating, improving, and advancing a key employee program that helps Fenner attract, develop, engage, or retain talent.
The following activities will be used to support this work:
- Learn the purpose, goals, and business value of an assigned employee program.
- Document current program processes, resources, employee experiences, and desired outcomes.
- Research and benchmark external best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assess how effectively the program supports employee needs and business priorities.
- Support the implementation of program enhancements through research, documentation, data analysis, content development, process updates, system updates, or other project activities.
- Help define measures of success and develop methods to monitor program adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Create documentation, presentations, and supporting materials that communicate findings, recommendations, and completed improvements.
- Present observations, accomplishments, and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship.

Education and/or Relative Experience:
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in understanding how organizations develop people, improve programs, and solve business challenges.
- Ability to gather information, analyze findings, and develop recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement through coursework, student organizations, employment, athletics, or volunteer activities.
