Olin invites motivated students to join its Human Resources team in Lake Jackson, TX as an intern across multiple semesters. You will support core HR activities and gain exposure to recruitment, performance management, and total rewards.
The role requires enrollment in an HR/Marketing/business program, a 3.0+ GPA, on-site work, and 20 hours per week, with a valid US driver’s license. Sponsorship is not provided.

Location: Lake Jackson, TX
Salary: $25.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students
Focus: The Human Resources Intern will work with Human Resources Business Partners on key initiatives and organizational success. This will support performance management, recruitment activities, total rewards, and other operations.
