Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Complete a 10-12 week internship or 16-18 week co-op assignment with an assigned project and opportunities to present your work.
• Collaborate on projects with peers and leaders, many of whom started as interns or co-ops.
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding experiences, assigned a mentor, and engage in networking, events, and community service initiatives.
• Impact the future of the organization while being part of a world-class program community.
• Rising senior interns and co-ops are considered for full-time employment opportunities.
• Conduct employee engagement and turnover analysis, review survey results and turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Partner with HR and leadership to develop recommendations focused on recognition, communication, and employee development.
• Present findings and action plans aimed at increasing engagement and reducing voluntary turnover.
• Gather employee feedback through surveys and informal discussions.
• Create reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Support implementation of retention strategies and track progress.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
