Leeds Professional Resources seeks a skilled HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our HRIS infrastructure, ensuring seamless data integration and robust security in a fast-paced environment.

You will configure HRIS platforms, integrate with enterprise apps via SOA, perform system administration, automate processes with Bash/PowerShell/Python, and collaborate with IT to strengthen architecture and data integrity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in system administration across Windows Server, Linux OS, VMware virtualization environments, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles including SOA.
• Hands-on experience with BPM tools such as Pegasystems or similar BPM tools is desirable.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation tasks.
