Job Description
Provide support and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices and processes, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion.
Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, updating policies and/or procedures as required.
Support the recruitment process and prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
Ensure regulatory compliance including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and WPFML.
Facilitate the scheduled performance review process, providing guidance, tools, and training for managers and employees.
Maintain up-to-date personnel information and files.
Escalate personnel-related issues as necessary.
Manage workers' compensation claims.
Process bi-monthly payroll via a third-party payroll service.
