Job summary

3Z Brands in Antioch, Tennessee is seeking a bilingual HR partner to deliver workforce support for a fast-growing mattress manufacturing facility. You will recruit, onboard, and manage talent initiatives for production roles while partnering with production leaders.

This onsite role runs Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and requires strong HR metrics, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR experience, with bilingual

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Experience supporting HR processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management).
2+ years of HR experience or related field (recruiting, operations, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and onboard production roles for a fast-paced facility.
Implement and monitor fair, compliant HR policies.
Translate insights into practical initiatives to improve employee experience and performance.
Lead employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Partner with leaders on performance feedback, development, and ER matters.
Support equitable talent practices across selection and development.
Focus on high-touch service delivery in critical moments.
