Job summary

EcoFlow is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting assembly workers to payroll and benefits administration. You will lead the hiring for assembly technicians and warehouse staff, coordinate onboarding and safety training, and ensure compliance with Texas and Federal laws.

The role also covers employee relations and administrative support to the Plant Manager, requiring strong communication skills and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, manufacturing in Texas preferred.
• Knowledge of Texas labor laws and OSHA safety requirements.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from high-volume recruitment of assembly workers to managing payroll and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Lead the hiring process for assembly technicians, warehouse staff; manage job postings on Indeed/LinkedIn and conduct initial screenings.
• Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientations, safety training, and ensure all employment eligibility and background checks are compliant with Texas and Federal laws.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with the regulations.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Plant Manager with office administration.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in HR, ideally in a manufacturing in Texas.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of Texas labor laws and OSHA safety requirements.
• Skills: Experience with Payroll platforms; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Education: Associate degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
