• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus familiarity with HR systems and employment practices
• Availability to support first and second shift, including a split schedule twice per week

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare onboarding materials and help lead new employee orientation.
• Respond to routine questions about benefits, HR policies, and workplace processes.
• Support employee relations, training, engagement events, and HR projects.
• Assist with payroll and compliance activities and look for opportunities to improve HR processes.

This in-person role works with employees and leaders across first and second shift in a facility expected to reach about 300 employees when fully staffed.
