Job summary

Morales Professional in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support employees and daily HR operations at the Lebanon facility, with coverage for first and second shifts as the site grows toward about 300 employees.

You will coordinate recruiting, maintain confidential records, prepare onboarding, answer benefits questions, support employee relations and training, assist with payroll and compliance, and seek process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for effective communication with employees.
• At least two years of HR or related administrative experience.
• MS Office proficiency and familiarity with HR systems and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Position Overview

A manufacturing and distribution employer is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support employees and daily HR operations at its Lebanon facility. This role works closely with employees and leaders across first and second shift in an environment expected to reach approximately 300 employees when fully staffed.

What You Will Do as a Bilingual HR Generalist:

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare onboarding materials and help lead new employee orientation.
• Respond to routine questions about benefits, HR policies and workplace processes.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees in both languages.
• At least two years of HR or related administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field a plus.
• Strong organization, discretion and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems and employment practices.
• Availability to support both first and second shift, including a split first and second shift schedule twice per week.
