Job summary

You will coordinate recruiting, maintain confidential records, prepare onboarding, answer benefits questions, support employee relations and training, assist with payroll and compliance, and seek process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for effective communication with employees.
• At least two years of HR or related administrative experience.
• MS Office proficiency and familiarity with HR systems and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare onboarding materials and lead new employee orientation.
• Respond to routine questions about benefits, HR policies and workplace processes.
• Support employee relations, training, engagement events and HR projects.
• Assist with payroll and compliance activities and identify ways to improve HR processes.
