Job summary

The position includes weekly pay, a KPI bonus program up to 10% of base salary, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, payroll, recruiting or administrative roles preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning HR and payroll software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and resolve timekeeping discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll changes.
• Post job openings, screen applicants, and source candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee questions.
• Support benefits enrollment, 401(k), leave administration, and workers' compensation documentation.
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance audits, and employee engagement activities.
