Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee records, compliance, training, interviewing and special projects. This on-site, Monday-Friday role reports to HR leadership and requires strong policy interpretation skills and experience in HR operations.

You will assist in daily employee management, support compensation/benefits programs, and foster relationships across all levels of the organization while staying current with HR trends and legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience, or HS Diploma with 5–7+ years in HR.
• Familiarity with HR laws, compliance, and policy interpretation.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration, legal compliance, training, interviewing, and special projects as HR Generalist.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, support HR compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks for compliance.
• Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels of the organization, from frontline to senior management.
• Resolve complex HR problems, engage in HR workstream projects, and support engagement through interviews and investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day employee management, support HR compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks to ensure compliance

Required Education And Experience
