- Act as the primary office liaison and lead initiatives related to office administration.
- Offer expert guidance on personnel policies and procedures to both employees and management.
- Stay informed on federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate open enrollments, benefits changes, and employee program training .
- Respond to HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee timekeeping and payroll processing for the IN group.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
- Administer onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
- Develop and maintain talent management processes to support long-term growth.
- Monitor and enhance employee morale and overall company culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations for the India office.
What Were Looking For- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- At least 4 years of experience in the HR field
- Degree in HR-related fields , Psychology, Behavioral Science, or similar
- Experience in employee engagement and administrative functions is a plus
- Willing to work graveyard shifts
- Must be available to work onsite
