• HRIS & Payroll Support: utilize Paycom for candidate tracking, employee records, onboarding, and reporting.
• Succession Planning: collaborate with HR Manager to absorb strategic HR functions and prepare for leadership transition.

You will serve as a key point of contact for plant employees and leadership while maintaining core administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
