System Logistics Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. You will serve as a trusted resource for managers and staff, helping to drive a positive employee experience across the organization.

The role involves coordinating onboarding, supporting HR programs, and partnering with leaders to strengthen retention and communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, or a related area.
• Experience with HRIS and employee records management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
• Conduct employee check-ins and gather feedback to help improve the overall employee experience.
• Assist with employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and offboarding activities.
• Create and maintain employee communications, presentations, guides, and HR resources.
• Support performance management, training administration, employee surveys, and reporting activities.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen communication, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Participate in recruiting activities, including career fairs and talent attraction initiatives.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide support in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related projects as needed.

What You'll Do
