  • Maintain the HR record retention policy and related guidelines to ensure it remains current, accurate, and aligned with applicable retention requirements and internal practices.
  • Oversee and support Form I‑9 compliance, including weekly monitoring and timely completion, record maintenance, employee and vendor follow-up, serving as the primary operational contact for employees and HireRight, and partnering with HR leadership to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Maintain and manage HR documentation and records related to onboarding and separations, ensuring all required new hire and termination documents are accurately maintained in the HRIS and documented in HR procedures to support consistency, compliance, and process adherence.
  • Maintain federal and state labor law postings for all offices and remote employees, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Serve as backup to the HR Coordinator by entering, updating, and auditing employee data in the HRIS and Service Now, including salary adjustments, compensation changes, and other personnel information, while ensuring data accuracy and record integrity.
  • Serve as backup to the HR Coordinator for the administration of unemployment claims, ensuring timely responses and compliance with state-specific laws and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements, audits, reporting, and other initiatives designed to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Benefits, Leave, and Employee Support
  • Provide support for benefits administration, including employee inquiries, open enrollment, vendor coordination, reporting, audits, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with leave administration and jurisdiction-specific leave compliance by supporting notices, forms, file maintenance, audits, and related documentation.
  • Serve as an additional backup resource for leave-related processes, including FMLA, disability, paid family leave, workers’ compensation, and related case coordination, as needed.
  • Support wellness, retirement, and other benefits-related programs and projects.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR inquiries from employees and managers, providing guidance on general HR policies, benefits, and employee support matters. Escalate complex or sensitive issues as appropriate, while maintaining accurate documentation of employee relations matters, including EthicsPoint reports and related case records when necessary.
