Visionet Associates is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to drive recruitment for U.S. positions and support a broad range of HR activities as the function is built out. The role offers hands-on exposure to HR fundamentals in a growing organization.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR experience with recruitment, knowledge of U.S. and New Jersey employment laws, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for U.S. positions including postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a smooth experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality.
• Help develop basic HR processes, policies and templates as HR grows.
• Support HR projects such as inquiries, benefits administration and engagement activities.

Our client is a growing international group that is expanding its presence in the United States. As the U.S. business grows, the company is building out its local HR function and is looking for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join the team. Your main focus will be recruitment for U.S. positions, and you will also support a wide range of HR work. The HR infrastructure is still being developed, so this is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain broad, hands-on experience and help shape how HR runs as the business grows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for U.S. positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer processing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to provide a smooth, compliant experience for new hires and departing employees
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Help develop and improve basic HR processes, policies and templates as the HR function grows
• Support routine and ad hoc HR projects, such as employee inquiries, benefits administration and engagement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, with hands-on recruitment experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of U.S. federal and New Jersey employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High flexibility and a proactive, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a developing environment with evolving processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
