Job summary

ProSource Land Services is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and managers across a broad range of HR responsibilities. The role focuses on employee support, HR administration, compliance and day-to-day people needs of the organization in a remote/hybrid Twin Cities setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, practical and comfortable working independently, with 2–5 years of HR experience and familiarity with UKG HRIS.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience.
• Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS information and personnel documentation.
• Serve as liaison with our managed payroll and benefits administrator.
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management and documentation.
• Coordinate leave, workers' compensation and unemployment matters.
• Maintain HR policies, handbook administration and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate employee communications, recognition and engagement activities.
• Support training and employee-development initiatives.
• Prepare routine HR reporting and workforce information.

The anticipated salary range is $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
