Job summary

Addison Group in Dallas is seeking a People Services Generalist to support the entire employment lifecycle, including benefits administration, HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS management. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
  • Benefits administration experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro is required.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting a high-volume workforce is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs), Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, retirement plans, COBRA, and wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, leave programs, and general employment questions.
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and perform regular data audi
  • Generate HR reports and assist with workforce reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, including I-9, E-Verify, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and other applicable laws.
  • Support performance management processes by tracking review cycles and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation coverage when needed.
  • Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters and other sensitive personnel issues.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
  • Process weekly payroll status changes and maintain organized personnel records.
  • Track required certifications and training to ensure compliance.

Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 annually

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
