Job summary

ProSource Land Services is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and managers across a broad range of HR responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment in the Twin Cities area. The role focuses on HR administration, compliance and day-to-day people needs, with guidance from a managed payroll and benefits administrator.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• HR Generalist/Coordinator or similar experience.
• Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, HRIS information and personnel documentation
• Serve as the internal liaison with our managed payroll and benefits administrator
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions
• Assist with employee relations, performance management and documentation
• Coordinate leave, workers' compensation and unemployment matters
• Maintain HR policies, handbook administration and compliance requirements
• Coordinate employee communications, recognition and engagement activities
• Support training and employee-development initiatives
• Prepare routine HR reporting and workforce information

ProSource Land Services is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and managers across a broad range of HR responsibilities.

ProSource utilizes a managed payroll and benefits administrator, allowing this position to focus on employee support, HR administration, compliance and the day-to-day people needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, practical, detail/process oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, HRIS information and personnel documentation
• Serve as the internal liaison with our managed payroll and benefits administrator
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions

• Experience with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range is $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
