Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing HR team and support a workforce of approximately 400 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with employees, and playing an important role in day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, recurring processes, compliance requirements, and employee communications in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

HR Generalist

• Support day-to-day HR operations and generalist activities.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support staffing needs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and assist with HR-related questions and concerns.
• Support employee relations activities and investigations.
• Assist with communicating HR policies, programs, updates, and other important information to employees.
• Maintain accurate staffing rosters, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee access, onboarding requirements, and other time-sensitive processes.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure required HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Work closely with hourly production and warehouse employees.
• Support HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR support.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly, production, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similarly structured workforces is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring processes simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of an organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a broader HR team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: Approximately $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience
• Employment: Temp-to-Perm with long-term potential
