Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Approx. 3+5? years HR or recruiting experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication and PM skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS Dayforce experience preferred.

Recruitment management
