  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting warehouse or production environments preferred.
  • Experience with employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with Paycor or similar HRIS preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, screenings, and offers.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
  • Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and supervisors.
  • Investigate employee concerns and workplace issues while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance regarding policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Support conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist leaders with coaching, corrective action, and performance management processes.
  • Participate in safety, wellness, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain employee files and HRIS records.
  • Administer I‑9, E‑Verify, background checks, and new hire documentation.
  • Assist with leave administration including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Workers' Compensation.
  • Support policy implementation and communication.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and development initiatives.
  • Track employee evaluations, goals, and development plans.
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards; prepare reports for leadership.
  • Track turnover, retention, recruiting effectiveness, attendance trends, and other KPIs.
  • Lead benefits enrollment and administration; assist with questions and issue resolution.

This role serves as a trusted partner to employees and leaders across the organization, providing support in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and workforce development.The ideal candidate is a hands‑on HR professional with 5–7 years of progressive human resources experience who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing and operations environment. This individual must be highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic HR initiatives with daily operational responsibilities.

Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
