Management Recruiters of Zionsville is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Indiana. The role includes payroll, attendance tracking, performance reviews, safety program coordination, and active involvement in recruiting and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong computer skills (MS Excel and Word). Relocation assistance may be offered.

• Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and HR documentation.
• Assist and support employees, supervisors and managers with HR processes and policy compliance.

National footprint food manufacturer in Greater Indianapolis seeks a Human Resources Generalist to join their team, supporting daily HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

This role is responsible for processing weekly payroll and attendance, coordinating performance review activities, maintaining employee files, and assists with safety program administration, including tracking training, incidents, and compliance documentation. The HR Generalist will also be active in our recruiting, hiring, & onboarding processes. Experience in employee relations, investigations, workman’s comp, benefits, etc. is also needed to be successful in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process weekly payroll and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records.
• Monitor, track, and report employee attendance in accordance with company policies.
• Support the administration and scheduling of employee performance reviews.
• Assist with safety program tasks, including documentation, reporting, and training coordination.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and HR documentation.
• Assist and serve employees, supervisors and managers with HR processes, paperwork, and policy compliance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree is preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in human resources within a manufacturing environment
• Computer proficient - MS Excel and Word & other software applications

COMPENSATION

• Base salary up to $78,000 plus bonus potential
• A lump sum relocation package can be offered (up to $10,000)
