Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks an HR & Payroll Coordinator for a manufacturing facility onsite. You will own day-to-day HR operations including recruiting administration, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

Support employee training and workforce development by providing hands-on instruction on the production floor. This role partners with plant leaders to coordinate staffing, maintain HR compliance and records, and contribute to on-site training initiatives in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR operations, payroll, and benefits.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and records.
• Ability to train and coach staff on the production floor.

Required skills/qualifications:

HR and payroll operations knowledge, strong attention to detail, familiarity with compliance and employee documentation, and the ability to collaborate with plant teams while working onsite.
