Maryland Treatment Centers is seeking an HR Generalist who will serve as the main point of contact for staff and managers throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and development.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience, a broad HR knowledge base, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in documentation. This role requires travel to multiple Maryland locations and a supportive, compliant HR mindset.
The HR Generalist has the responsibility of being the main point of contact for staff and managers and supports all human resources initiatives throughout the employee life cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training and development, benefits, trend analysis, reporting, record retention and HRIS optimization.
The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, demonstrate a confidential nature, and have excellent attention to detail. This candidate should have a knack for efficiency, be people-oriented, and have an enthusiasm for problem-solving. Three to five years’ experience managing the daily workflow of human resources tasks, while enforcing company policies and practices is required.
