Job summary

Trueline is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle at our onsite Denver facility. You will serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors and partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives.

Responsibilities include payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and leave administration, with a strong emphasis on employment law compliance and HRIS data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience working with an HRIS (Paycom or similar platform preferred).

• Support employee relations and coach managers on HR policies and best practices
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation
• Assist with payroll processing, audits, pay changes, and HRIS updates
• Administer employee benefits and support Open Enrollment
• Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and state leave programs
• Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes
• Monitor attendance, maintain employee records, and ensure HR compliance
• Maintain employee data within the HRIS and support reporting and audits
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and daily HR operations

Location: Denver, CO Area (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 DOE

We\u2019re seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a well-established manufacturing organization in the Denver area. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting approximately 12550 employees at a single manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do

As the HR Generalist, you\u2019ll play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, including:

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and leave administration
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience working with an HRIS (Paycom or similar platform preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or warehouse experience preferred
• Union or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) experience is a plus
