• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Experience supporting hourly employee populations, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Exposure to payroll/benefits and HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring for hourly, operational, and technical positions.
• Address routine employee relations matters, escalating more complex situations to HR leadership.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, policy administration, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with HRIS updates, system improvements, and ongoing HR process enhancements.
• Provide support with payroll and benefits administration, with the opportunity to develop additional payroll processing responsibilities.

LOCATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers

BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar hands-on Human Resources role
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting hourly employee populations, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Exposure to payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
• Approachable, adaptable professional who is comfortable working with employees at all levels and managing competing priorities
