Job summary

AccruePartners in Clover, SC is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day employee operations in a hands-on manufacturing and corporate setting. You will partner with managers and employees across hourly and salaried roles, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

This onsite role offers exposure to payroll, benefits administration, HRIS updates (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus), and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or similar hands-on HR role
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
• Experience supporting hourly employee populations, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Exposure to payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
• Approachable, adaptable professional comfortable with employees at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring for hourly, operational, and technical positions
• Address routine employee relations matters, escalating complex situations to HR leadership
• Support employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, policy administration, and compliance requirements
• Assist with HRIS updates, system improvements, and ongoing HR process enhancements
• Provide support with payroll and benefits administration, with potential to develop additional payroll responsibilities
