Job summary

Endeavor Agency is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core HR operations in California and assist executive leadership. The role manages recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and helps coordinate office activities and employee engagement.

The position offers 100% paid PPO health insurance, PTO, and 401k match. You’ll support payroll, leaves, benefits, HRIS records, compliance, and executive scheduling while collaborating with the CFO on cross‑department projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience; California experience preferred. Real Estate industry a plus.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, payroll, benefits, leaves, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support general office operations and serve as an administrative point of contact.
