Role: Human Resources Generalist

Special Remarks: The candidate should currently be working in Human Resource Management with 4 to 10 years of experience and hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
• Collects and analyzes HR data and makes recommendations to management.
• Processes paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures.
• Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Reports directly to an executive or head of a unit/department; high creativity and latitude expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred; formal HR training and certifications a plus.

• Track record of managing innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns.
• At least 4+ years of human resources experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and working independently and within a team environment.
