Transcor-Americ is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to deliver comprehensive HR support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, HRIS, and compliance. This role partners with leaders to foster a positive employee experience while ensuring adherence to company policies and laws.
Responsibilities include recruitment support, employee record maintenance in HRIS, benefits information, policy interpretation, and handling leaves of absence.
The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive HR support across multiple functional areas, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS management, compliance, and policy administration. This position partners with leaders and employees to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.
The incumbent should be able to perform all the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. Three (3) years of progressive human resources experience is required, to include experience in human resources, employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, employment laws, or HR operations. Additional experience maybesubstitutedfor the required education on a year-for-year basis. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion is required. Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsor other similar software applicationsis required.Experience withan HRIS ispreferred.A valid driver’s license is required.
