POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. Assists department teams by offering excellent customer service to University Health employees, departments, and management across various HR functions. Requires initiative, independent judgment, and decision-making. Upholds high standards of service by providing courteous, timely, and accurate support in all interactions—whether in person, over the phone, or through other communication channels. Responsible for handling and safeguarding confidential information.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, its equivalent, or higher is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience in Human Resources or demonstrated knowledge of HR functions is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to make independent judgments and take professional accountability. Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.
