A leading mental health organization is seeking an Employment-Housing Specialist to support individuals with mental illness at risk of homelessness. The Employment-Housing Specialist (EHS) works with individuals diagnosed with mental illness who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. They assist with obtaining and maintaining housing and employment, developing person-centered plans that promote stability, recovery, and independence. The EHS collaborates with a team including case managers, peer specialists, nurses, and psychiatrists. Training in Supported Employment and Supportive Housing is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, with services delivered face-to-face, via tele-video, or by phone, based on individual needs. The work is primarily from home, with access to clinic space as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or related fields, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
